| If you are a individual looking to get the Cabin of Your Dreams we offer a Lease to Own Option for our Log Cabins. We offer a $1 buyout lease for 36 months. A 25% down payment and credit is required. This down payment is non-refundable after delivery of your Log Cabin but does apply to your payoff at the end of the contract.
